Returns & Replacements

 Any faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded. However, we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage costs. Any new item that is faulty will be replaced. If a replacement is unavailable we will refund the purchase price. Non-faulty items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Returns MUST include all original packaging and documentation. If the original item is not returned as received, with its original packaging and documentation, then a restocking fee may be deducted from the refund. Postage is only refundable on faulty items.
