Shipping & Delivery

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Items will be despatched on our next available shipment following clearance of payment. This is usually within 1 working day. We do not ship items on Saturdays or Sundays.

Courier deliveries are used for larger items usually over 2 Kilos. Our couriers are Parcelforce Worldwide. If Parcelforce are unable to deliver, the package will be left at your nearest local Post Office or returned to your local Parcelforce depot for collection. Parcelforce deliveries are trackable at You should recieve a tracking number by email once the item has been despatched.

Royal Mail standard service is used for all other items.

Please allow sufficient time for the package to arrive before contacting us. Please remember we despatch orders Monday to Friday only, we do not despatch any items at the weekend. Please email in the event of non-delivery.

Shipping to UK postcodes is free.

We also ship outside the UK to:

Belgium, Denmark, Mainland France, Germany, Republic of Ireland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands

Shipping to these addresses outside the UK are subjct to a shipping charge.


Privacy & Security
Any customer information is treated in the strictest confidence. No customer information will be divulged to any third party and will remain within the confines of our organisation.


Returns & Replacements


Any faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded. However, we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage costs. Any new item that is faulty will be replaced. If a replacement is unavailable we will refund the purchase price. Non-faulty items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Returns MUST include all original packaging and documentation. If the original item is not returned as received, with its original packaging and documentation, then a restocking fee may be deducted from the refund. Postage is only refundable on faulty items.
